Hong Kong’s longest-running original live music platform, The Underground, celebrates its 22nd Anniversary Festival with two nights of pure homegrown sound at The Fringe Club on June 12 and 13, 2026. Since 2004, The Underground has hosted over 500 gigs, 300+ shows, and featured more than 800 local and regional bands, continuing its legacy as the heartbeat of Hong Kong’s indie scene.

Helter Skelter
“Original blues rock songs, tinted with hints of R&B and Pop”
The Helter Skelter Blues Band started in 2000, and after a few years, consolidated their line-up to include Vincent on guitar/vocals, Hiroshi on guitar, Adrian on keys, Koya on bass, and Jimi on drums – the line-up that recorded their only album, Delusions, in 2015.
Over a decade of live performances, the band built a repertoire of blistering rock-infused blues and rock classics, as well as conjured up their own original songs.
In 2017, both Koya and Hiroshi relocated back to Tokyo where they found a much more peaceful life, but it marked the disbandment of the group. In 2024, this full line-up regrouped again for the 20th Anniversary of The Underground, and now in 2026, once again at the kindly behest of Chris B and The Underground, the various members of Helter Skelter will come together from different parts of the world again to perform some of the Blues classics that made them a constant and favourite in the Hong Kong music scene during their most active.

Senseless
Senseless 組成於2001~02年間，之後不斷的重組及成員更替，最終於2006年組成最Senseless 的組合直至現在。Senseless 的樂風就是搖滾。影響Senseless的音樂單位很多，包括The Killers、東京事變、Beyond、The Cribs、Metallica、Beethoven甚至兒歌。Senseless 的歌曲主要是抒發成員於生活的不滿，以及對社會和世界的看法。歌曲題材由Street Fighter到燒雞翼，對愛情的不滿到分手，功課及父母壓力等等，Senseless 企圖嘻笑怒罵地訴說生活不快事。生活就是 Senseless。一起吶喊吧！

Night Ships

Formed by members of David Bowie Knives, Shotgun Politics, and After-After-Party / Teenage Riot, this new band project, Night Ships, plays originals blended with the chemistry of four loyal rock’n’roll believers in Hong Kong.
Cloudy with a Chance of Pandas
Cloudy With A Chance Of Pandas is a band led by Amanda C, who is the primary songwriter. The band is a group of friends formed from Freejam, an open mic community in Hong Kong. Cloudy With A Chance Of Pandas has played in venues like The Aftermath and The Wanch.
MiChannel
This five-piece funk soul band from Hong Kong gets the audience moving involuntarily at every performance! The upbeat rhythms, crisp electric guitar, and the resonance created by the interplay between vocals and saxophone are the most natural release for the soul.
From their humble beginnings in a 200-square-foot industrial warehouse with DIY production, to touring numerous major recording studios, they’ve traversed nearly a decade of creative journey. Their dedication to every melody and sound is like playing a game of tic-tac-toe in a crazy world! Their latest concept EP, *Tic-Tac-Toe*, is set to be released this year. In this complex and absurd world, they hope to leave behind the simple *Circle and Cross*.

Umoja Rootz is a Hong Kong-based reggae and dancehall band known for their energetic live performances, blending roots reggae, dub, and modern influences. The band brings together musicians from diverse backgrounds to create a vibrant, groove-driven sound that connects with audiences across cultures. Still early in their journey, Umoja Rootz is quickly rising in the local music scene with a strong focus on original music, dynamic live shows, and a growing presence both on stage and online.

Deer MX’s music is a blend of energetic electronic sounds, powerful beats and distinctive vocals.
Deer MX is a Mexican band based in Hong Kong, consisting of Adriana Martínez and Miguel Bastida. They have performed at major festivals across Asia, including Clockenflap (HK), Sónar Hong Kong, V-Rox (RU), Soundrenaline (ID), among others. Their live shows have taken them to China, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore, Korea, India, Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, Spain, Estonia, Czech Republic, USA, and Mexico.

MouseFX 阿鼠
雷鬼歌手、DUB音樂製作人 Reggae Singer | Dub Music Producer

阿鼠於90年代畢業後開始接觸並愛上雷鬼樂，並與友人組成樂隊Icestone2在嘉士伯流行音樂節以雷鬼曲風改編歌曲，獲得銅獎。2000年，他成立雷鬼樂隊Crazy Lion；2009年，他組建另一支雷鬼樂隊Sensi Lion，擔任作曲、Dub Master及主唱。
2015年起，阿鼠以「MouseFX阿鼠流動音效」的個人名義，憑藉原創雷鬼音樂活躍於街頭、各大Live House和音樂節。2016年，他與英國製作人JStar合作歌曲《Babyfanying》（俾啲反應），該曲與偶像Brother Culture、Ranking Joe等人一同收錄於JStar的專輯《Stand To Order》，並製成12吋黑膠唱片。2017年，他推出個人EP《MouseFX “阿鼠流動音效”》。他是香港粵語雷鬼的先驅，其原創歌曲融合Roots Reggae風格與母語廣東話。
2019年2月，阿鼠在牙買加期間受當地唱片公司Skunga Records邀請，錄製了一系列廣東話與牙買加式英語結合的雷鬼作品。EP《MouseFX In Jamaica》於2020年9月4日以12吋黑膠唱片形式推出。
2024年，他與意大利製作人DeDUBros合作推出作品《火藥味 Judgement Day》，這張7吋黑膠唱片獲得倫敦雷鬼傳奇唱片店Lion Vibe大力支持，並向全球雷鬼樂迷推薦。
A winner of the bronze medal at the Carlsberg Pop Music Festival for his reggae music adaptations with the band Icestone2, MouseFX fell in love with reggae after graduating in the ’90s. He formed the reggae band Crazy Lion in 2000 and later established Sensi Lion in 2009, where he served as composer, Dub Master, and lead singer.
Starting in 2015, MouseFX took to the streets as a solo artist under the moniker “MouseFX Mobile Sound,” performing his original reggae works at live events and music festivals. In 2016, he collaborated with UK producer JStar on the track Babyfanying (俾啲反應), which was featured alongside reggae icons Brother Culture and Ranking Joe on JStar’s album Stand To Order, released as a 12” vinyl. In 2017, he released his solo EP MouseFX “Mobile Sound”. A pioneer of Cantonese reggae in Hong Kong, his music blends Roots Reggae with his native Cantonese language.
In February 2019, during a trip to St. Elizabeth, Jamaica with HEAVY HK, MouseFX was invited by local label Skunga Records to record a series of Cantonese and Jamaican-English reggae tracks. The EP MouseFX In Jamaica, produced by Skunga “Kong” (the grandnephew of Jamaica’s Hall of Fame producer Leslie Kong), was released on 12” vinyl on September 4, 2020.
In 2024, MouseFX collaborated with Italian producer DeDUBros to release the 7” vinyl Judgement Day in a roots steppa style. The record received strong support from London’s legendary reggae store Lion Vibe, which recommended it to reggae fans worldwide via their Instagram.

HEY JOE TRIO (HJT) 是一隊Alternative Pop風格的香港樂隊，樂隊成員包括主音及結他手Joe、Bass手Patten及鼓手Sam。三人以「不顧一切」的態度包辦作曲、填詞及編曲，於歌曲裏加入Blues、Funk及Jazz的特色，建造出富有獨特性的流行音樂。以由淺入深的方式帶聽眾進入更多音樂領域。歌曲概念大多以三子自己的生活體驗為主題，期望為聽眾道出心聲以及互相支持走過順逆境。
