We are looking for a drummer for our new pop punk band – previous one is leaving due to family matters and job.
No hard commitment yet – just enjoy, have a good time and jam, and get to know us
Details / Preferences:
– Preference 20-30s
– Fan of pop punk e.g. Simple Plan, Green Day, Paramore (old), All American Rejects, Avril Lavigne etc.
– Gigging and composing experience preferred
– Network and access to live venues, band practice room preferred
– Commitment to weekly practice and prior preparation. This is very important to ensure high turnover and wasting everybody’s time
About us:
– 20s to 30s (Male and Female)
– Vocalist, bass, guitarist x 2
– MK/HK Island practice preferred
– English speaking (but most can speak Cantonese)
– Setlist has been agreed – mostly cover songs now from above artists and similar artists (Pop punk)
– Live gig opportunity around June/July
– Original music around Pop punk, but can explore cross-over like more lead guitar, scream etc.
